Experienced my first tyre puncture and cracked rim. Was recommended by a friend to use zoz. Took them 1 hour to reach in max peak hour on mandai road. Initially had thought was a tyre puncture only, however after removing then realised the rim was cracked. They provided me an immediate quote of all-in pricing of towing, new rims and tyres. No hidden fees. Went to the workshop to change rims and tyres including balancing. Great service!

One tire found punctured, onsite assistance came about 40-45mins later. Was told they only have Michelin tyre (one type) with them, and charged a total $400 for replacement. This is a tire shop but only carry Michelin with them. No issue with the brand, but I was cornered to buy a year 2020 tire.. Amused that this is a tyre company, but only carry old stock for 24hr onsite assistance?? The mechanic was humble with good attitude, but utterly disappointed with their management/boss and their company policy. Will not recommend.

Had my first tire puncture. A quick google search landed me with ZOZ with a 4.7 rating. Called them and the staff arrived in 45 minutes even in the midst of rush hour traffic. Tire patch done in 10 mins flat. Great experience and genuine service.
